When gastro is not a job, but a lifestyle

For us? It is a living energy, a daily challenge and above all a space where small human encounters of value are created.

When you work in a restaurant like Stodola v Olomouci, you have to accept one unwritten rule:

Dozens of people come to us every day. Some come for a quick Pilsner, others for a family lunch, others come with a smile because they know they're going to have their favorite farmer's cheddar fries or drowned fish.

  • every day you have the opportunity to make someone feel better,
  • and where the team becomes a family (maybe a little noisy, but honest).

The last few weeks have been exceptional for Stodola.
Under Pilsner Prazdroj we were going full speed and coming incredibly positive feedback.
Guests have told us that:

  • they haven't had Pilsen shot like this in a long time,
  • beer appetizers are „deadly addictive.“,
  • the atmosphere is „like home, but with better food“.

And you know what that does to a gastro man?
It'll kick him up more than coffee.
