These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as „Terms“) govern the rights and obligations between the operator of the website offering gift vouchers (hereinafter referred to as „Seller“) and the users of this website who order gift vouchers (hereinafter referred to as „Buyer“).

The subject of these terms and conditions is the purchase of gift vouchers to be redeemed at the physical premises of the restaurant. Vouchers are sold for a fixed amount and are not linked to specific services or meals.
Ordering a voucher is done by filling in the order form on the seller's website. Before sending the order, the buyer is obliged to confirm his agreement to these terms and conditions by ticking the checkbox.
The purchase contract is concluded at the moment of successful online payment through the Stripe payment gateway. After payment, the voucher is delivered to the e-mail address specified by the buyer in the order.
The voucher price is listed for each option on the website. Payment is made exclusively online via credit/debit card through Stripe. The seller does not store any credit card details.
After successful payment, the voucher is automatically delivered to the buyer's email address. There are no additional delivery charges.
The voucher can be redeemed at the restaurant within 365 days from the date of payment. Redemption is ongoing:
in printed form
by barcode
by sharing the 5-digit code with the operator
or via mobile wallet (Apple Wallet / Google Pay)
The voucher is transferable.
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of purchasing the voucher. To withdraw from the contract, you must contact the seller at the following email address: stodolaolomouc@gmail.com.
Upon receipt of the notice of withdrawal, the funds will be returned to the agreed bank account of the buyer.
Claiming a voucher is only possible in the context of withdrawal from the contract according to Article 7.
The buyer is obliged to provide true and complete information when ordering. The Seller shall not be liable for any damages arising from incorrect contact details.
These terms and conditions are governed by the law of the Czech Republic.
The Seller reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The current version of the Terms and Conditions is always available on the Seller's website.
These Terms and Conditions shall take effect on 01. 04. 2025.
